Presley & Cody | Cedar Point Country Club Suffolk Wedding | Virginia Wedding Photographers

On one of the coldest days of autumn, Presley & Cody married and it was truly beautiful from start to finish. Through the cold temperature and heavy wind, this awesome couple and their wedding party rocked their outdoor portraits and were such good sports for them all. The Cedar Point Country Club in Suffolk was the perfect setting for this couple to exchange vows during their outdoor ceremony. All the guests were bundled up, but the beautiful view of the Nansemond River at sunset made it all worth it. After some quick group shots, the bridal party joined the guests inside for a delicious dinner and a fun night filled with a lot of laughing and dancing.

Presley and Cody are one of those couples that you can see are made for each other from the moment you meet them. They are both so kind, genuine and personable that you naturally gravitate to them. During their reception, their close friends and family spoke about qualities that they have individually and who they are together. They spoke about how Presley is kind, giving and willing to help out anyone in need. They also spoke about how Cody is fun, hardworking and genuine. Hearing how their friends and family spoke about them and the love they have for one another made us even more honored to have captured their special day. Presley & Cody are wonderful individuals, but they are even better together.

Presley and her bridesmaids got ready at her parents beautiful home in Windsor, VA. Their home is nestled into the trees, but they have the most beautiful view of the water. We were in awe of the beauty of their land.

The guys got ready at the country club and Cody presented each of his groomsmen with personalized flasks.

They did it! Cody and Presley are officially husband and wife!

This awesome bridal party were troopers! On one of the coldest days of the year, they put on their smiles and held it together just long enough for us to grab a few shots!

Even with the cold wind and sun setting rapidly, Cody & Presley knocked their portraits out of the park in such a short time. You won’t believe it, but we wrapped up all of these portraits in FIVE MINUTES! These two are rock stars!

Reception time!

Presley’s dance with her dad was one of the most precious dances we’ve witnessed. We both get choked up during most father-daughter/mother-son dances, but Presley & Cody’s dances with their parents are some of our favorites to-date.

After the cake cutting, a handful of the most important people to the new Mr. & Mrs. shared their speeches and toasted to the happy couple. Some were funny and some had us tearing up, but they were all so very sweet and really spoke to the character of the both of them. It was so clear that these two are loved greatly by their friends and family.
